Each ampule-bottle contains:

Amoniacal ferric citrate 5.00 g
Cobalt chloride 0.10 g
Copper gluconate 0.10 g
Vitamin B12 10 mg
Excipients and sterile vehicle qs ad 100 ml

Clinical Pharmacology:hemo Fort

It provides the principal specific factors that intervene in the synthesis of hemoglobin and the formation of red corpuscles producing a stimulus for hematopoietic activity

Indications and Usage:

Iron defficiency – Hypochromic anemia – Infectious anemia – Anemia caused by parasitosis – Post-surgical anemia – Hemorrhagic anemia – Toxic anemia – Nutritional anemia – Anemia caused by drugs – Pregnancy – Convelescence

Dosage and Administration:

2 ml each 100 kg daily for 5 to 10 days. Slow endovenous or intramuscular administration. In acute cases the dose can be doubled (4 ml each 100 Kg daily).

Ampoule-bottle containing 100 ml

ADMINISTRATION ROUTE:

Intramuscular or intravenous.

POSOLOGY:

Horses: Adult animals: 30 ml/day 1st day, 20 ml/day 2nd day, and subsequently 10 ml/day, during 4-6 days.
Foals: 10 ml/day 1st day and 5 ml subsequent 4-6 days.
Pets: 1 ml/15 kg b.w. per day, during 5 days

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: No withdrawal period. Do not administrate to horses if their meat will be used for human consumption.
